Ambassador ASARI visits Azraq Refugee Camp to observe the ongoing Japan-funded UNHCR project

On 31st August, Ambassador ASARI Hideki visited the Azraq Camp to observe the ongoing UNHCR project, namely “Delivery of community-based protection, health, and cash-based interventions”, funded by the Government of Japan. The visit included tours of the Azraq Hospital, where refugees receive essential health services, and a community center, where critical community engagement activities are conducted, as well as a focus group discussion with refugees.
