WORK or LONG-TERM STAY VISA (Single Entry) for Holders of Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

• Kindly be requested that visa applicants submit all the following documents in English or Japanese in paper and attach the translation in English or Japanese if the original document is written in Arabic. Please be reminded we cannot accept visa application if all the documents are not complete.

【NOTES】

-     For applying for a visa for the purpose of employment or residence more than 90 days in Japan, the authorized person in Japan should obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in advance.

-     The visa applicant can apply for the visa together with the COE in original or in copy at the Embassy.

-     The COEs are issued by Immigration Service Agency of Japan via email or in paper upon the requests
      of the applicants.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 
● Prepared by VISA APPLICANT:
 

1	Application Form (*Also available at the Embassy) (*An original hard copy   must be submitted)
2	- Passport (*valid for the period of stay in Japan and has at least an unused   page for the visa    - A copy of the passport (*page of the personal data)
3	A photo (passport size) taken within the last six months
4	An original/printed copy of Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
5	(*Only for non-Jordanian nationals except nationals of OECD and GCC   member countries, Bruneian, Singaporean, Hong Konger, Taiwanese and   Macanese)  Document proving their legal stay in Jordan (e.g., Residence Permit, Work   Permit)
