Conferment of Decoration of the Grand Cordon of Order of the Rising Sun upon Her Excellency Lina Annab, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and Former Ambassador of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Japan

On 23 April 2025, Mr. ASARI Hideki, the Ambassador of Japan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan awarded the Decoration of Order of the “Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun” to H.E. Ms. Lina Annab, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and Former Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Japan at his Residence.
 
H.E. Ms. Annab served as the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Japan and spared no efforts in promoting the already existing friendly bilateral relationships to a higher level, particularly through facilitating a number of high-level official visits including that of His Majesty King Abdullah bin Al-Hussein’s visit to Japan in April 2023. Her Excellency also high-lighted success of commemorating the 70^th anniversary of the diplomatic relations in 2024.
