National Day Reception Celebrates the 64th Birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan

On 12th of February, a reception was held at the official residence of the Japanese Ambassador to Jordan to celebrate the Emperor's birthday. Her Royal Highness Princess Raiyah together with Mr. Ned Donovan, Minister of State of Legal Affairs Dr. Nancy Namrouqa, Minister of Investment Ms. Kholoud Saqqaf, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ms. Zeina Toukan, government officials and ambassadors have attended to celebrate the 64th birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
At the reception, Minister Namrouka gave remarks in which she reviewed cordial bilateral relationship between Jordan and Japan. Ambassador Okuyama expressed in his opening speech his hope that the relationship between Japan and Jordan will be further strengthened and developed in this year, which marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the embassies in both countries.
