The Embassy of Japan in Jordan accepts applications of the Jordanians. Other nationals are requested to inquire of the Japanese embassy in their country the procedures for the scholarship selection.

Japanese embassies and consulates overseas

Iraqis (For the postgraduate program only)

All Iraqi applicants must apply to the Ministry of Higher Education of Iraq (International organization and Scholarship section) for the Japanese scholarship program. The applications can be delivered by an international shipping company. Necessary documents are almost the same as in Jordan.
