Director Makoto Shinkai of Japan visited the Intel Computer Clubhouse in East Amman located in the Queen Zain Al Sharaf Institute for Development on Saturday 26 January, at which he demonstrated to its members how to make animation by computer in order to widen their scope of horizon in art production with it. 40 members aged 10-18 attended the event.
Having shared a vision with the Intel Computer Clubhouse to develop youths’ abilities by their own initiative, the Embassy arranged the visit to it of Director Shinkai so as to suggest that they would have unlimited potential for producing art works if they have a strong will and untiring endeavour.
During his visit to the Clubhouse, the Director praised excellent activities there, which had developed ability of its members in mastering computer softwares by a unique method that encouraged them in self training under young mentors.
