Foreign Minister Nakasone had talks with H.E. Ms. Suhair Al-Ali, Minister of Planning & International Cooperation

On 16 March, H.E. Mr. Hirofumi Nakasone, Minister for Foreign Affairs had a meeting with H.E. Ms. Suhair Al-Ali, Minister of Planning & International Cooperation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, who was visiting Japan.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Nakasone expressed that Japan will continue to support the development of Jordan, appreciated Jordan's constructive role in Middle East peace process and relations with Iraq as well as its contribution towards the stability of the region, and noted that Japan will continue to cooperate with Jordan for the stability and prosperity of the Middle East region.
Minister Al-Ali appreciated that Japan plays crucial role in the Middle East situation and indicated Jordan's principles to cooperate for the initiative of "the Corridor of Peace & Prosperity." Also, she expressed appreciation to Japan's assistance to Jordan and expectation for the continuous support to Jordan.
